We just cannot do without our limbs, to move around and perform a whole lot of activities. The principal joints in the arms: shoulder joint elbow joints, radio-ulnar joints and wrist joint deserve good attention and care. Likewise, the joints of the lower limbs: the hip, knees and ankles. Here is a posture that’s good for all these joints and enables better movements.
Method:
Sit upright on a chair
Cross the left over the right thigh
With you right hand, push the left foot
Twist around the legs and truck the left foot against the right inner ankle
Flex the left arm, making a right angle at the elbow
Place the left elbow over the right, entwine the arms by pressing the finger of the right against the base of the left palm
Keep both the elbows at shoulder level
Stay for 30 seconds with slow breathing
Release the arm and then the leg
Change side
Repeat and then relax
