Wah … What to say .. Aiyaashi

While searching the internet found this video of a man in uniform i suppose throwing cash to a lady who is dancing on the stage in public.
Surprising i thought it is illegal in India to have a stage performance of this kind.
India is the same country where couples are harassed by local authorities and even goons to eunuchs just if they sit on the beach or in a park for the so called obscenity .

NOW WHY IS THE AUTHORITIES NOT TAKING ANY ACTIONS.
