How tough is it being the parent of a teenager.
The birth of a son/daughter is the most happiest moment of a parents’ life and is grandly celebrated by them. It is after a long wait that this moment of joy is conferred upon them that they are so extremely grateful. They nurture and care for their children right from the beginning and deal with various things but it is not until their children grow up to be teenagers is when they are really faced with the most challenges. It is only when a child grows up to be a teenager that he discovers what is known as freedom and it is during this phase that they begin to want and ask for it. Teenagers can unknowingly cause problems to their parents by throwing tantrums, not listening to what they say, disagreeing with them, disobeying them and going against their wishes. Parents have to endure through all this and much more. A parent makes unimaginable sacrifices for his/her kids all through their life and sometimes kids can be extremely harsh to them and not acknowledge this sacrifice or even be grateful. It can be very tough for parents while raising a teenage kid with their timely mood swings as also their ability to hide things from them or satisfy their wants from time to time. This is why not only does it get difficult for parents but they are also immensely stressed out and worried most of the times.
This is why we must not put our parents in a predicament and know that what they say is for our own good.
