We have been hearing about Drugs as a bad influence on the society.
But what exactly are drugs?
Drugs are substances which affect a person physically or mentally.Psychoactive drug are considered the most dangerous because it changes the way the person thinks,feels or acts.Drugs have a negative impact on the person, his family and community around them.

How do the drugs impact the individual?

Bad relationship: with family, friends, life partners etc.
Education: The individual might skip school to consume drugs.
Finance: The person will use all his money for drugs rather than anything more important.
Homelessness: The violent behaviour and arrogance will leave the person homeless.
Bad habits: The drug will develop bad habits in the person.
Dependency: If the person starts relying on drugs to do his daily course he will become completely dependent on them.

How do drugs impact the family?

Conflicts: Drug addicts are more likely to have arguments with there families.
Money problem: As the drugs makes the person unfit to work, the individual has to depend on relatives for money.
Emotional trauma: The person may undergo emotion trauma due to the actions he or she does to do drugs, and they prefer using the drugs to come out of this situation by consuming more drugs.
Violence: Drugs make people violent towards their families.
Isolation: Addicts tend to separate themselves from the society and stay aloof.

How do drugs impact the society?

Costs: The people with addiction tend to be a high expense, because of hospital bills.
Waste left: The materials used for consumptions like syringes are left in the open causing danger to others.
Crime: People with addiction become desperate for what they want, and they tend to steal from other people.
Bad influence: They set a bad example on children.
Violence: Addiction causes violence among people.
Unhealthy Surrounding: The above given factors result in a very unhealthy surrounding for living.

Drugs are illegal but they are still available. It is a problem of the modern world and with more progress in science the abuse will change accordingly. the best way is to educate yourself and handle such situation with maturity and care.
