We point out that in the west where love marriages are the norm the divorce rate is 50%. We don’t point out that 40 years ago even in the west when the economic situation was as bad as it exists in India the divorce rate was very low.
More than 90% of the marriages are arranged in India and still the divorce rate is only 5%.
