We just cannot do without our limbs, to move around and perform a whole lot of activities. The principal joints in the arms: shoulder joint elbow joints, radio-ulnar joints and wrist joint deserve good attention and care. Likewise, the joints of the lower limbs: the hip, knees and ankles. Here is a posture that’s good for all these joints and enables better movements.
Method:

  • Sit upright on a chair
  • Cross the left over the right thigh
  • With you right hand, push the left foot
  • Twist around the legs and truck the left foot against the right inner ankle
  • Flex the left arm, making a right angle at the elbow
  • Place the left elbow over the right, entwine the arms by pressing the finger of the right against the base of the left palm
  • Keep both the elbows at shoulder level
  • Stay for 30 seconds with slow breathing
  • Release the arm and then the leg
  • Change side
  • Repeat and then relax
