10 Hobbies can be made into a career if the person is fully focused towards achieving it:

1. Writing.

Even as you continue to read on, this piece is the best example for writing being pursued as a career. Writing is one of those things where you dont necessarily have to stick to the rules and can write about literally whatever you want to and where you want. People are always ready to read whatever is given to them and that for a writer is the biggest thing, to be able to have people from different cultures read his work and appreciate it, no matter how soon or later that occurs.

2. YouTube.

Thanks to technology, YouTube now plays a major part in setting up many careers, everyone from stand up comedians to designers to singers to dancers. So if you’re glued on to YouTube for as long as you can remember and have something to show to the world, take it seriously and tomorrow YouTube might be paying you for uploading videos and in no time will that have become your 9 to 5 job.

3. Orator/teacher.

Some of us are born with excellent oratory skills and find ourselves repeatedly taking part in contests and receive a good response or for the others who may or may not be good at it but passionately would loves to teach and put their thoughts across to children nevertheless should put this hobby into use and either motivate people around the world by giving extraordinary speeches or a whole generation of children.

4. Collections.

Collections could include anything from stamps, coins, antiques, etc. Anything that you have made an effort to tediously collect from places can reward you with an amazing career for life if honestly pursued and shown to the right people.

5. Sports.

When we start off playing a sport, it might be just for fun but if we develop a passion towards it, irrespective of whether we excel at it right in the beginning or not, what’s important is the perseverance required that could transform you into a sportsman winning laurels for his city/country worldwide.

6. Travel.

We often underestimate the real treasure of travel and the effect that it has on viewers. So if you have been fond of traveling and been to various places around the world that you want to tell people about, go right ahead, believe in what you’re best at, explore.

7. Magic.

If there’s anything many of us are fascinated about, its magic. Watching a magic trick is mesmerizing to every one of us and we are awestruck even long after the trick has been shown to us. So if you have an affinity towards magic and are constantly redeveloping yourself by learning, creating new tricks, who’s to stop you.

8. Food.

We all love eating but if you have what is called as a true love for food and cooking it for people and recreating recipes whilst also making your own then though it might be a tough way up, no one can stop you from becoming a chef!

9. Music/instruments.

You just happen to have a really good voice that picks up all accolades or happen to be good at playing a particular instrument? Probably not. Maybe you could end up in a band or establish a name for yourself if you want to, you just need to dedicate yourself to music.

10. Movie critic.

Even though this is highly underestimated and looked down upon, there is a dearth of good critics in our country today. So if you have been watching too many movies and if your reviews are the ones that your friends look forward to, give it a try and tomorrow you could be that one critic that each filmmaker wants to impress.
