On July 1 every year Doctors Day is celebrated in India . It is celebrated to mark the birthday of the second Chief Minister West Bengal,India and also famous and legendary physician Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy .
Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy was born on July 1, 1882, and died July 1, 1962. He was been honored with the Bharat ratna award in 1961 the highest civilian award in INDIA.
