15 childhood games we miss playing after we become an adult.

1. Color color.

This game involved controlling a piece of paper with different color options in it and showing it ro our friends while then revealing what adjective was written for them. This however is a little too childish to be played later.

2. Hide N Seek.

A game which was a part of everyone’s childhood in a large way is not really played by adults as it involves time and patience that most do not have.

3. Marbles.

Who does not remember this game, which used to be popular when we were children involved playing with marbles which was a lit of fun.

4. Chain chain.

In this game, one diner used to follow a person until he caught up with then and added him to his chain, and this used to continue until everyone was added to his chain.

5. X and O.

Probably one of the most popular childhood games, it was played on paper and involved drawing X and O and the one who could get across 3 of his symbol first win.

6. Snakes and ladders.

Another popular game played I’m a board, this game was played with the help of a dice, which gave a number which meant the player was supposed ro move that many steps ahead.

7. Ludo.

Ludo is also another board game that we played in our childhood. This was also played with the help of a dice and is not played by a lot of adults.

8. Lattu.

Lattu is a top that is supposed to be spun by us and watch in awe as it magnificently turned on the ground.

9. Kite flying.

Though some adults do fortunately practice it, most do not as much as kites used to be happily flown by us children when we used to be small.

10. Hopscotch.

Your building probably still has the chalk marks of the boxes drawn by you when you drew them and played hop scotch with your friends years ago which now adults now frown upon.

11. Teacher teacher.

Most of us loved dressing up and playing teacher to our fellow friends and write down something on a board that used to give us immense pleasure once.

12. Barbie.

Barbie’s have had an integral part in every female’s childhood. It is difficult to forget those instances of dressing up all those Barbie’s, cooking imaginary food for them even, and sorting out their playhouse.

13. Statue.

A widely popular game, this game involved a diner who would ask everyone to stand still wherein he would try to make everyone move by making weird faces or cracking a joke or two. The one who laughed used to then be eliminated. Adults however wouldn’t play this game.

14. Lagori.

Another famous out door childhood game, this insanely fun activity involved children forming two teams when one team used to aim at a column of stones and put them back in shape while the other tried to eliminate them in the process.

15. Name place animal thing.

This game, usually played on a paper when extremely bored in class was also a test to your wits when you are expected to guess the particular name, place, animal, thing starting with a certain letter.

Though we couldn’t have done without these games in our childhood, as we grow up, we don’t really go back to most of them.
